Is there a minimum specification for SuperSUITE? |
A: |
SuperSUITE can be installed on
any machine that can run Windows 98, NT, 2000 or XP (home and professional).
It must have either a parallel or free USB port.

What do I need to install SuperSUITE? |
A: |
You will need –
1. The security
dongle, this will have been sent to you when you purchased SuperSUITE;
drivers for the dongles are available for download by clicking here
2. The SuperSUITE installation program, this is downloadable by
clicking here.
3. An integer.cli file, this can be downloaded via ftp during the
installation.

I have a new machine and it doesn’t have
a parallel port for my Sentinel dongle. |
A: |
We now supply dongles for either
parallel ports or USB ports; please contact
us to enquire about changing your dongle.

I do not have a dongle and I am having difficulties
installing my security on my new machine. |
A: |
If you were originally supplied
a software based security then you’ll need to obtain a dongle
to be able to use our software on operating systems beyond Windows
98 First Edition; a small charge will be made to cover the cost of
the dongle and associated administration - please contact
us.

I do not have a fast enough internet connection
to download the installation. How can I get SuperSUITE? |

Can I install SuperSUITE on a server? |
A: |
Like most other Windows programs,
SuperSUITE must be installed on each machine, this can be done using
a deployment tool or by saving the installation file to a network
drive and running this from each machine.

Can I secure SuperSUITE centrally? |
A: |
If you have a network dongle,
you can install this on any machine on your network; refer to the
installation instructions as to how to set this up. If you
wish to upgrade to a network dongle please contact
us. |
