CADS has represented Graitec’s Advance Steel software in the UK and Ireland for many years. However, after lengthy consideration both companies have agreed that Graitec (UK) Ltd is best placed to support the Graitec product range in the future. Therefore CADS' reseller contract will be terminated on 31st December 2009.

From the 1st January 2010 Graitec UK will become the sole provider of all new Advance Steel product, training and associated services in the UK and Ireland territory, or, in the case of international clients the local Graitec representative where appropriate. We would assure all existing Advance Steel customers that this change of operations will not affect existing services, but will in fact provide for a seamless handover of sales and support services and bring our users closer to Graitec.

Future maintenance renewals, technical support, training and software upgrades will be managed and serviced directly by Graitec (UK) Ltd and existing maintenance contract renewal/expiry dates will remain unaffected.

Graitec UK staff will endeavour to make individual contact with all Advance Steel users over the coming months. However please do not hesitate to contact us directly with any concerns or questions you may have.
