Frame analysis and steelwork design in one outstanding package

The SuperSTEEL package brings together its structural analysis program, SuperSTRESS, and the bolt-on BS5950 design module, SuperSTEEL, combined with the UK Steel Sections library. This enables a swift design of the whole of your building to be produced, with fully referenced calculations. Any required modifications can be implemented in minutes and your design updated, re-calculating automatically to minimum section depth or weight if required.

Starting with the powerful and easy to use SuperSTRESS, you can swiftly create your structural model. You can use the structure wizard to form the basis of the structure and then make any amendments either graphically or directly to the tabular display. If you wish, you can import all or part of your structure directly from a CAD package using the DXF import functionality.

The initial section sizes and types can be chosen directly from the supplied UK standard steel sections library and loads applied, prior to analysis. Then its just one click to enter SuperSTEEL which integrates seamlessly in the SuperSUITE environment.

From within SuperSTEEL you can easily define any custom restraint positions and modify the automated section grouping to allow for design efficiencies to be obtained.

The design process is very quick and detailed results, with full British Standard clause cross references, will be available in moments.

Your designed structure can be exported to a CAD package using SuperSTRESS' DXF export facility to enable you to swiftly produce general arrangement drawings of your design.

Filtered reports of the required information can be generated using the report wizard, which will enable you to present your design in a complete and professional manner.
